I design each phase with accumulation, intensification, and strength blocks that build on each other. Real periodisation, not random workouts. Every month I rewrite the next block based on what you actually did.

Training

If a movement hurts, I swap it — no pushing through pain.

Equipment-
Aware

Gym, garage, or hotel room — I ask what you have and plan around it. Real exercises for the kit you actually own, not generic templates.

Answer about 15 quick questions about your strength, history, and equipment. I learn how you train before I programme a single set.

I build your macrocycle. Accumulation, intensification, strength. Real periodisation with exercise selection matched to your assessment.
